On our Gift Shop page, we will provide the best possible photographs of the items for your review. We encourage you to review them well, before making a decision about your purchase. Also we will provide detailed descriptions of the items and provide any supporting documentation to ensure that You have as much information about your purchase as possible.
All items being offered for purchase are the best of what there is to be acquired
from this collection. Understanding that these items are not new(unless stated NOS). All descriptions will do the best to describe any possible defects, imperfection and if any damage that may exist in the item. In addition photographs will be provided if necessary to illustrate those descriptions.
Yes, we charge for shipping. However we never charge for packing. We take the greatest care possible to ensure that our packing will make sure that your purchase reaches you in the condition that you would expect.
Note: We will place shipping insurance on all items accordingly with the cost of the
item at time of purchase and at No Additional Charge. If the item is lost or damage
in shipment, we will assist in the facilitation of the shipping insurance claim.
All items will normally ship within 48 hours of completed online check out.
All return claims will be reviewed
on a case by case basis.

and place the word "RETURN" in the subject line. Also include purchasers name, mailing address, item sku#, purchase amount, item name, and reason for wanting to return item, in your email. A return shipping label will be included in you shipment.
All returned claims that have been submitted by the required timeline, been reviewed and found to be a legitimate claim, will be processed as follows:
1. The purchased item must be shipped for return within 5 days of purchaser being
notified by email(within 24 hours) of acceptance for return.
2. The item must be returned in its original shipping envelope, box or container including all packing materials that were used to ship the purchase(all within reason).
The return shipment cost will be paid initially by the purchaser.
3. The purchaser needs to also email firstname.lastname@example.org with a valid tracking number for the returned package at time of its shipment
Please include "RETURN TRACKING#" in the subject, please also include
purchasers name, mailing address, item sku#, purchase amount of item and name.
4. As soon as the returned package arrives it will be examined for any additional issues that may have occurred during return shipment or time out of the collection.
5. Once that inspection has been completed and no additional issues to the item have been discovered, the cost of purchase and the incurred return shipping costs will be refunded to the purchaser by their specified manner i.e. PayPal, or an alternative method as specified.
